Hello, I'm Anne-Marie, mother of two children and pediatric nurse with many years of experience.

In my job as an attachment-oriented sleep consultant, my passion is to help and support families on their journey. I firmly believe that a loving bond and individual support is the key to success.

I see every family as unique, with their own stories, needs and dynamics. I definitely distance myself from sleep training! Relationship-oriented work is at the center of my work. It's about creating a sense of trust and connection that allows each family member to express themselves freely and seek support when needed. I help parents respond to their children's needs and create a loving, supportive environment in which they feel safe.

My holistic approach supports families by looking at the sleeping situation as a whole and not just focusing on individual aspects.
